The Board of Directors of MAS Financial Services, at its meeting on June 6, 2022, approved the allocation of 1,000 non-convertible market-linked debentures, rated, senior, secured, listed, transferable, redeemable and principal protected, denominated in Indian rupees, each having a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 100 crore on a private placement basis.
